        <p>It is shown that existing mechanisms of generation of active forms of oxygen in water solutions of connections of uranium don't consider possibility of an operating time of radical forms at the expense of processes of phase transformation of the connected water. Necessity of studying of the given process for the purpose of revealing of the indicators specifying in presence in water of connections of uranium is proved.</p>
