        <p>Suggested a mathematical model of the swivel movement, that take into account slipping motion on the supporting face, and that uses conceptual issues of the tracklaying vehicle theory, and that allow to factor in phenomenon of the partial drift. The sequence of computations and relevant special features of the results are illustrated in example.</p>
