        <p>In this paper we show that for each stage of purification (refining) of sunflower oil is characterized by its own specific characteristic frequency of the external sinusoidal field at which the electrical conductivity of oil (oil purification step) remains constant, and it is a characteristic electrical conductivity.</p>
