        <p>In the article the thermodynamic and kinetic treatment of appearance and constancy of the potential of sinking is examined. Dana is the evaluation of the influence of the potential of sinking on the rate of corrosive processes. The increased attention is given to the influence of the capacity of dual electrical layer on the rate of corrosion on the water line in the zone of drops of power machinery equipment.</p>
