This article consider issues of practical applications, forecasting programs, tutor's educational and methodical work models and a set of practical recommendations since the beginning of training students in a high school. The importance and relevance of comprehensive studying and improvement of methodical and academic work were determined thought the developing and testing tutor's educational and methodical experimental model to increase the efficiency of educational process.
