        <p>The features of functioning and development of modern systems of a heat supply are considered in the article. The analysis of existing methods of an estimation of efficiency of difficult technical systems is presented. The way of an estimation of ways of decrease in harmful emissions from boiler units of thermal power stations is offered.</p>
