Globalization of the world community with respect to all natural and environmental, energy, economic, financial, human, intellectual, social and other types of resources require coordination of intra-exists and inter-state governance of them. The synthesis problem of interstate coordination of resources for sustainable development itself is formulated as a problem of economic-tion of the dynamics based on diff erential equations for the dynamics of formation of resources and operators of mathematical programming.
