        <p>The article considers a number of urgent problems of modern power-plant-related fluctuations in the single turbine system — pedestal — foundation, a non-stationary dynamic effects that occur at shock jolt in the case of seismic processes of power engineering facilities in operation, with questions related to static and thermal cycling resistance and vibrations advanced turbomachinery blading.</p>
