The article considers and analyses the risks affecting primarily on the quality of preparation of spe- cialists of research and industrial organizations, using all kinds of additional professional education (APE). In order to make informed decisions were submitted to the model and the methodology of evaluation of emerging risks in the sphere of professional education.
