The article discusses issues related to the structure and automation of systems of learning and per- sonnel assessment. The article includes review of research on the topic of knowledge management, description of learning management system and key performance indicators. System dynamics and simulation modeling have been proposed as the methods of investigation of structure of learning management systems.
