Development of the state depends on level of innovation of its economy which characterize degree of success of application of innovations in activity of managing subjects and a share of innovative production in gross domestic product. The main objective of the state consists in implementation of system development of branches of a national economy for the purpose of ensuring national securi- ty of the country and competitiveness of the enterprises in the international markets, in this regard special value gets management of interaction of the main subjects of innovative development: higher educational institutions and enterprises.
