        <p>The most important regularities of processes of gas-phase oxidative functionalization of carbon nanotubes of the «Taunit»-series in nitric acid vapor and some properties of oxidized carbon nanotubes were studied. The possibility and conditions of scaling of this method in pilot production was shown.</p>
