        <p>The paper considers the past research experience on closed-loop systems for the tracked vehicle steering control. A distinctive feature of the system is implementation of PWM (pulse width modulation) for hydraulic pressure control of multi-disk brake and clutch actuators. The paper analyzes key findings of the conducted research, design experiments and development prospects.</p>
