        <p>This article examines intermetallic titanium alloys based on TiAl, fabricated using binder jetting additive manufacturing technology with the addition of copper. TiAl-based alloy powder was mixed with copper powder in various concentrations (0, 2, 4, and 6 wt.%). Samples were fabricated from the powder mixture using binder jetting followed by sintering. The addition of copper significantly improved the density of the sintered samples (from 3.65 g/cm3 for TiAl samples without copper addition to 3.99 g/cm3 for TiAl samples with 2% copper). Metallographic analysis showed a reduction in porosity from 23% to 2.5% with the addition of 2% copper. An analysis of the microhardness of the samples and their tensile properties was also conducted.</p>
