Abstract:

This report examines thermal cycle efficiency of the diesel engine with heat-insulated combustion chambers. Suggested methodology for calculation, based on parameters of the thermal cycle, that aff ord to evaluate fuel consumption, efficiency factor, engine power output and other characteristics.
