Abstract:

Revealed the regularities of structural and physical mechanisms to reduce the permeability of hydrogen through austenitic corrosion-resistant chromium-nickel steels by rational choice in their chemical composition and thermo-chemical surface treatment to improve the resistance to long-term impact of the elevated temperatures and hydrogen-containing environments. Designed regime thermochemical processing of parts in-core devices, allowing to reduce the permeability of hydrogen through austenitic steels developed by three orders of magnitude compared with the unoxidised state. Proposed its use to create multilayer systems covers individual elements and the blocks of hydride products.
