Abstract:

Experimentally was determined long-term strength of cast heat-resistant alloy 45Cr26Ni33Si2Nb2 at the temperature of 1150°C. It was shown that on this feature this alloy is not inferior to alloys with more nickel and tungsten, which allows to rise its operational temperature range up to 1100...1200°C. The equation, which allows to calculate the value of long-term strength of the alloy 45Cr26Ni33Si2Nb2 at different values of the external stress was found.
