The effect of various designs and materials used for durability and energy efficiency of membrane electrolysers. An experimental small scale bipolar electrolysis plant EMBE equipped with adaptive multi-level distributed automated control system (ACS). Test results showed that the controller ACS EMBE in their capabilities fully satisfy the objectives of the collection, processing speed signal processing and issuing commands in a production environment decontamination and water, and process control software for easy EMBE speed processing and graphics rendering process signals of equipment and telemetry pressure in the systems of the cell membrane.
