Currently improving lithium-ion batteries developed towards the development of new cathode nanostructured materials. Largest interest has to cathode materials based on lithium silicate — Li2FeSiO4. The main drawback of existing technologies — low electrochemical properties. In this paper research new technology of obtaining Li2FeSiO4 — crystallization from amorphous state. Phase composition was determined on Bruker D8 ADVANCE diffractometer in CuKa-radiation. The fine structure was studied using transmission electron microscopy Technai S-Twin G230, the distribution of elements on the particle was studied using a scanning electron microscope Mira Tescan.
