About quantitative indicator of danger man-made accidents

Abstract:

Problems of substantiation of total and integral spatial-temporal hazard indices of anthropogenic emergencies as well as general integral representations for their evaluation are considered. Practically important tasks which have to be solved with the use of theoretically justified indices are defined.
