Printing production quality evaluation possibility has been experimentally confirmed with the values of such characteristics of print tone increase (dot gain) as «flowing» zone width of ink to non-printing elements x and light reflectivity coefficient of non-printing elements central areas Rx . Based on the comparative analysis of measurement of tone increase parameters, the priority has been given to reflectometric method of x and Rx values determination.
