Abstract:

In recent years solid-state processes that are initiated by mechanical action, have been the subject of intensive research. Apparently, this is due with the prospects of using such reactions in the art, especially in the field of new materials that are more environmentally friendly and cost-effective compared with existing ones. The present work shows the research results of process phase formation and the kinetics of dissolution of nickel in iron during mechanochemical synthesis in the system Fe-36Ni. Is established that by intensive plastic material deformation occurs at mechanochemical synthesis dissolution and uniform distribution of nickel in the volume α-Fe, causes evolution of the bcc lattice to hcc.
