THE SOLUTION OF THE PROBLEM OF TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT STRENGTH ON THE BASIS OF EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION OF ITS STRESSED STATE
Stressed state of stamp’s lower part of final crossing/transfer for turbine blade pressure forming was investigated. Experimental investigation of volume stressed state was carried out by photoelasticity method with usage of composite model method. When pressure forming process was modeled distribution of stresses in characteristic cross-sections of stamp was got. The results of investigation allowed to optimize the sizes of stamp insertions and to determine the main ways of stamp equipment resistance increasing.
