ATTACHING OF young people IN the UNIVERSITIES AS A BASIS OF SCIENTIFIC-PEDAGOGICAL PERSONNEL RESERVE
The paper discusses the aspects of the HR management in a university. An experience of the implementation of a personnel reserve system by the leading Russian universities is analysed. The results of the survey performed in order to identify the importance of measures to attract and fasten young people in high schools are presented. The basic concepts of the System of Youth Research and Teaching Personnel Reserve in St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University are described.
