LEGAL AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF COMMERCIALIZATION OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL ACTIVITIES RESULTS AT UNIVERSITIES DURING FOUNDATION OF SMALL INNOVATIVE ENTERPRISES

The article summarizes some problems during foundation of small innovative enterprises at Rus- sian universities in the field of relationship of enterprises and their founders and offers recommen- dations based on existing legal and financial rules. A special place is given to the list of organiza- tional steps to be taken by universities in the establishment of small innovative enterprises.
