This article describes a new method of modeling of the company, which fully reflects the views of the decision-maker and the development of appropriate software makes it possible to increase the objectivity and speed of decision-making to improve the company's business. It is shown that the proposed new modeling principles can be practically used in oil and gas companies, and other companies.
