Summarized are the results of experimental investigation of heat transfer in fully developed nucleate boiling in vertical tubes and plane-parallel channels of some working environments typical for biotechnology: cultural liquids, neutralization, osteoporosis, groggily suspension, water solutions poliglyukina. The analysis of the experiment results showed that for a number of microbiological environments the calculation of boiling heat transfer can be accomplished using well-known dependencies. Experimental data are compared with the well-known dependencies and they are the basis for the formula allowing in the corresponding to the experiments the range of the regime parameters for the conditions of a stable flow in turbulent and transitional flow areas to perform the engineering calculations of the devices where the process of the developed nucleate actualized
