        <p>Methods of the defining external electromagnetic fields of electro and radio technical devices based on cylindrical probing some components electrical or magnetic fields are presented. Devises which are investigated consider being the sources of noise immunity issue. Expressions of identifying electromagnetic fields for ultra wideband and quasi-stationary cases received.</p>
