        <p>At extremely high linear current density a conductor is under action of megagauss magnetic field. As consequence of it hydrodynamic flow, nonlinear field diffusion and electrical explosion of boundary layer occur. Results of analysis of processes in skin-layer are presented in the paper.</p>
