        <p>A simulation model of a six-phase converter-driven electric machine excited with permanent magnets is presented. The model is based on the phase coordinate characteristics introduced relative to external terminals of the stator windings. The model allows simulation of electromagnetic processes taking into account actual states of the machine magnetic system.</p>
