In the paper, the knowledge on the social tension in Russia's regions is obtained at the level of system ontology by the methods of the Physics of Systems, on the basis of regional statistics. This knowledge is represented as informational, intellectual, cognitive and technological resources for the solutions of social problems. The resources are automatically generated from the empirical description of the system by the technologies of the Physics of Systems.
