        <p>The new method of condition monitoring the units of friction, based on the analysis of acoustic emission signal’s parameters is suggested for defining the amount of wear on-line, during the process of friction. The suggested mode is able to count the volume of wear at high speeds. The comparative analysis of the considered wear control methods is made.</p>
