        <p>We construct a mathematical model of hydraulic networks in steady-state conditions on basis of system of equations of one dimensional flow of weakly compressible fluid in linear pipelines. This model allows to adequately formulate various optimization control problems of hydraulic networks. When fl ows in pipelines are laminar, formulated optimization problem are problems of piecewise-linear programming, and can be reduced to a linear programming problems.</p>
