        <p>The models and methods to improve automated-term dispatch control system (ADCS) of electric power associations (EEE) in the pre-emergency conditions. Given goals and management objectives, taking into account the “sources of security threats” and “safety equipment”, implemented in SCADA systems limit the active power flows on lines and management of frequency and active power type of EEE UES of Russia.</p>
