        <p>Electrical energy is largely determined by technical progress, promotes high-precision technology, helping to ensure the welfare and comfort of life of the population. However, the growing demand for electric power is a continuing need to develop and implement programs to increase the efficiency of power plants and enterprises, as well as the need to find ways of using and developing new energy sources.</p>
