      <abstract xml:lang="en">
        <p>Following method allowing effectively to control the cutting process of hard-to-cut materials through implementing local preliminary physical action (LPA), which helps to create local structural metastability on the outer layer that belongs to the processed material. Theoretical and experimental researches showed possibility to control the cutting process and to predict the dynamic stabilization while processing high-precision products. That provides the possibilities for further technological improvement for metal working operation at the wide range of materials and cutting parameters.</p>
