        <p>Development identification technique stator winding insulation defects high electric machines.</p>
        <p>In this paper the problem of identifying technological defects high voltage insulation of electrical machines using the statistical characteristics of partial discharges are considered. Examples of methods to real samples insulation of electric machines are presented.</p>
