In clause problems of oil skins utilization are considered. These skins are formed after secondary oil separation. The new method of fuel oil emulsions preparation for their effective use in power installation fireboxes has been proposed. The new approach to effective measuring of the concentrations of water and oil in the binary mixture flowing stream has been found.
