        <p>Relevance of creation of an express control method of compounds of uranium in natural waters is proved. Not local transfer of electrons at excitement of associates of water by broadband electromagnetic radiation and influence radioliz on generation of active forms of oxygen in water solutions of metals of variable valency is investigated. The conclusion is drawn on cooperative nature of generation a radical ion that the ion-crystal associates of water and their phase transformation accompanied by formation of free radicals contacts electromagnetic excitement.</p>
