        <p>The article describes an automated control system to regulate the heat demand of consumer groups without having to install a complete set of automation devices on each consumer. A scheme and the principle of the system, evaluate the effectiveness of the example of building the Zabaikalsky State University, and is also considered the possibility of using the system to control large groups of consumers.</p>
