        <p>In the article the results of a system analysis of the production processes of manufacturing precision figurine designs. Developed and presented the organizational structure and functional model of the enterprise. According to the results conducted by the author, as a result of the analysis and re- engineering of key support processes have been improved a several qualitative characteristics of the end-product.</p>
