        <p>Presented herein are the results of numerical modeling of the breaking load from ice ridge keel interaction with a hydraulic structure, and the comparison of the last with analytical solution. The paper describes the methodology of the numerical calculations of the ice loads on arbitrary shape hydraulic structures. The results obtained from the numerical and analytical solutions for vertical structures are in a good correlation.</p>
