      <abstract xml:lang="en">
        <p>In present study, we developed laminate polymer metal composite materials based on basalt fabric and on thermoplastic polymer matrices using different aluminum alloys. The mechanical properties of the obtained samples were studied. The influence of different components on the elastic modulus of composite materials in various segments of the tension diagram has been established. Tensile strength and elastic modulus in the initial segment obey the additivity rule. Aluminum surface treatment methods were studied for improving the adhesion strength at the aluminum-polymer interface.</p>
