An experimental laboratory complex was created and tested. It includes the following modules: generation of biogas, storage and purification of biogas, methane reforming, purification biohydrogen and fuel cell module. The complex make possible to research all stages of the producing biogas process and converting it into hydrogen.</abstract>

          <abstract lang="ENG">Investigation of service conditions with different phenomena for defects behavior in elements of OHL with covered conductors under operating voltages of 6-35 kV is provided. With aspect to the construction design of covered conductors and condition changes under climatic impacts backgrounds for defect structures formation in metal parts as well as in protection polymeric layers of covered conductors are found. Using offered models mathematical description of defect properties dynamically changing in time is given. Approved OHL construction elements lifetime models help to assess its technical condition in time under service factors impact. Introduction of offered models in practice presents the opportunity to improve the efficiency of service operation and provide the reliability of power supply.</abstract>

          <abstract lang="ENG">In given article various variants of measurement of reactive energy in the presence of the higher harmonics of voltage and a current in an electric circuits are considered. Algorithms of calculation of the reactive energy, applied in various types of electronic meters are resulted. Dependences of measurements on various components on the fifth and seventh harmonics are constructed. Errors are calculated and their maximum values are presented. The data presented in article can be used in practice at construction of systems of measurement of reactive energy in electric circuits.</abstract>

It is shown that when calculating the power network should be considered a surface effect and the effect on the occurrence of eddy currents. When accounting for these factors, the calculation error mode power consumption is significantly reduced.</abstract>

The first provides a set of linear transformations of MMF and flux in the complex plane; they are presented as sets of symbolic method. A method for determining the currents in the elements of damper windings for varying constructions of large synchronous machines is developed. Practical examples are given.</abstract>
