Sustainable development problems on informational societ

Any complex system interacts with changing environment. We use the linguo-combinatorial method for investigation of complex systems.It is proved that the sustainable development is possible only in the adaptational maximum zone. The purpose of the control system is the holding of structure in this zone by means of turning, learning and etc.
