Improvement of the quality control processes for preparation of scientific articles for publication

The article discusses the problem of improving the quality control process of the drafting activities by establishing an automated system, equipped with a web interface. The necessity of development is motivated. IDEF (0) models of the processes of registration of the authors, user authorization and registration of the articles, review articles scientific Secretary, appointment of reviewers and review article are developed.
