Resource adequacy analysis as a pressing problem of progress of russian power networks

Abstract:

In the paper are considered the pressing problems of power system adequacy. Basic calculating methods and models of factors of resource adequacy are investigated and validity range of these methods and models are determined. The mathematical statement of problem of power reserve in power network is described.
