In article the various directions of development of integration of such subjects of the market rela- tions, as higher education institutions and the enterprises, for the purpose of competitiveness in- crease at the expense of providing with competent experts, receiving new knowledge and commer- cialization of results of research and development are considered. The ways of interaction offered in article allow higher education institutions to reach the best results in development of cooperation not only with the enterprises, but also with other managing subjects of a national economy.
