Abstract:

This article describes a multi - level university information and education system based on imple- mentation of cloud computing technologies, a structural scheme of which is provided. The main criteria of user - level estimation in quality and performance of a proposed system are formalized; base metrics of service - level are listed. The main issues of building and development of corporate information systems in universities are discussed.
