TRENDS IN INFRASTRUCTURE AND TECHNOLOGY OF OPEN NNOVATION

This article analyzes the impact of selected phenomena in the ICT development on infrastructure and technology of open innovation business. The principles of creation of innovation infrastructure elements based on the concept of co-working have been analyzed and the need to supplement its by technology core to realize the function of rapid prototyping has been showed. The basic principles of the Serendipity Management methodology and the possibility of its use in education and innova- tion has been described.
